Inanimate angels burn in colourful blood of stars. They choose to be happy and then always smile. A perfect innocent love-giver disguise. They are spooky rulers with obscure ends and inanimate death shadows.π
I identify an uncanny resemblance between angels and the child who celebrates existence with dancing stars. Children are a reference for angels in putto Cherub. Another infantile reference is gods playing toy figures. Angels possess toy machineries that operate in blood.
Inanimate angles aim their [[The Heartsnatcher|heartsnatchers]] at the stars’ hearts (if bloody angels steal hearts, then dancing stars should [[NEPOBJEDIVI/NARRATIVE/Characters/Mind_IB_atchers|steal minds]]). Angels want to use stars' burning blood to fuel toy machineries or [[DESIGNS/ToyWorldsAtlas/TWA_PaperPrototype|toy worlds]] of mechanical gods that reanimate angels (comp. Vella D.'s "play worlds" 2014, or Aarseth's "game worlds" 2011).
- In a game, I would like to turn Deus ex Machina trope into a dynamic. This way I will provide players an opportunity to trick themselves into believing: mechanical god reanimates angels at their defeat. A motivation to the player: not a single angel should remain!
